A focus on the birthing parent
As your doula, I am here to provide the kind of care aligned with the tradition of family caring for family when a baby is born. I provide the postpartum support that ensures you have the time, comfort and space to heal and bond with your new baby. As attentive as you are to your newborn, I am here to anticipate your needs and wants. My goal is to focus on you so you can focus on your baby.
Experience and individualized care
I understand that not one care plan fits all. In home care can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. I will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
A space to heal and thrive
Companionship is key to healing. I not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. I provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
Chronicles of a doula
I have birthed two babies and witnessed them give birth to their own babies. Now I want to help birthing folk realize their power, beauty and capacity to bring their children into the world. This space is where I chronicle my experiences, lessons and reflections on this thing we call birth work. I hope you join me.
